1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service provided by phlwim at phlwim.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "phlwim", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease your use of the Platform and, if applicable, close your phlwim account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register a phlwim account and access the Platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phlwim strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Registration by persons under 21 is prohibited.
• You must be a natural person. Registrations made by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of phlwim is legal in your location.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phlwim or by any gaming regulatory authority, at the time of registration or during any period of active use.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. phlwim reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided.
• You must not already hold an existing phlwim account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.

phlwim reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend or terminate any account where these eligibility requirements are not or cease to be met, without prior notice and without liability.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlwim account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. phlwim will never ask you to share your password or OTP via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your phlwim account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication where offered and keep your registered mobile number current and accessible.
• Log out of your account when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify phlwim support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number changes.

phlwim shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified phlwim of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the phlwim Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phlwim supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Over-the-Counter (OTC) channels.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phlwim account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the payment method used. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account. phlwim does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be requested against your total balance.
• phlwim reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed standard processing thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phlwim offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where specified, verified their identity.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from your balance without compensation.
• phlwim reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited to accounts will be honoured subject to the original terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, automated betting strategies, or collusion, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on phlwim — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, mermaid fishing, sports betting, and cricket markets — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or game information section. These game-specific rules are incorporated into and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited during gameplay:

7 Prohibited Activities

In addition to the game-specific prohibitions set out in Section 6, the following activities are strictly prohibited on the phlwim Platform:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether under the same or different identity information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with phlwim.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or unlawful activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits made to phlwim. Where a chargeback is initiated, phlwim reserves the right to suspend the account and recover the disputed amount from any available balance.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any content through the Platform's chat or communication features that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Circumventing any geographic restriction, self-exclusion measure, or account suspension imposed by phlwim through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.

phlwim takes all reports of prohibited activity seriously. Players who become aware of any prohibited activity are encouraged to report it to our support team via live chat immediately.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the phlwim Platform — including but not limited to the phlwim name, logo, brand identity, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and audiovisual content — is the proprietary intellectual property of phlwim or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written authorisation from phlwim.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the phlwim name, logo, or brand identity in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of phlwim intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by phlwim.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlwim, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or data arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet outages, or interruptions beyond phlwim's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if phlwim has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with your account security obligations as described in Section 3.
• Decisions made by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank, that affect the processing of your deposits or withdrawals.

Where phlwim's liability cannot be excluded by law, phlwim's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total value of deposits made by you to your phlwim account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

phlwim is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among its player community. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. phlwim recognises that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we provide the following tools and resources to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

phlwim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or direction from a gaming regulatory authority.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used in connection with money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Extended account inactivity, defined as twelve (12) consecutive months without any login or transaction activity. Players will be notified before inactivity closure is applied.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, phlwim may forfeit any bonus balance and withhold real money balances pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any confirmed real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their phlwim account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by using the self-exclusion tool in the account dashboard.

12 Amendments to Terms

phlwim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phlwim will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
